I chose the last color/sketch combo which has diagonal stripes and a neutral color palette.
Here's my finished card:
I used BB:Super Stripes for the stripes and Happy Hexagons for the sentiment and striped hexagon. To hold the twine in place I punched a tone half circle from the edge of my side and bottom where I wanted it to sit.
